★We ship the product within three (3) business days if the product is already made. If it is a custom-made product then please allow five (5) business days for the product to ship.
★We usually use standard domestic shipping service with the U.S. Postal Service.
★If you want to use a different carrier for fast shipping, feel free to contact us before purchasing the product.
★We will add insurance to your shipping upon request.
★Fox&Toad is NOT responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen.
★Once an order has shipped, we are handing the responsibility to USPS. They will take care of your item, in some cases there may be a little delay in the transit time.
Refunds and Exchanges
★Fox&Toad is very flexible with our return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us within seven (7) days upon receiving the product. We cannot accept worn merchandise for returns.
★We are happy to do custom orders upon your request. Please give us five (5) business days to ship the product.
